Final Farewells..

oops, realized i drafted this post eons ago (23/8) but forgot to post it.. so its damn dated. haha.

these were the times at Alexandra.. :) all of us unanimously agree tt time there passed so much faster.. and so far, it has proved to be more enjoyable there.. lol. partly due to later waking times, as well as fun tutors.. though i like the wards and the temperature of NUH a lot better. certainly am not missing sabrina either.. ;)

these are some pix we took with various tutors.. lemme introduce my friendly clinical group mates tt i've spent my past 10 weeks with.. :) from left, ian, xue ting (aka susan), weili, me, evangeline, whitney, nancy (aka wan qin) and kenrick.. if u are wondering why they have such aunty names such as susan and nancy.. hmmm, i wonder.. :p

this week is insane. haha, takes getting used to having to reach NUH so early.. its been years since i had to get up when its still dark and trudge my way around.. must drive with the headlights on somemore.. LOL.

so far, its been a night duty, sending hs off at changi, catching hairspray today as well as having dinner and ktv with hs on tues.. yup quite exciting. to top it off, i lost my credit card.. but no one seems to have used it, so my parents ain't pissed abt it. they seem to think i tossed it in the bin together with the wrapper by accident cuz i was eating ice cream.. PS: i seem to have left it in my car, just found it recently.. bah, waste my time cancelling it and applying for a new one.. :X

haha, hs cried so much at the airport.. poorthing.. hope u are feeling better now.. :) adapting well to the place there and all :) ok, these are some pictures from the dinner and ktv farewell with hs.. it was a medley of typical songs tt we always do.. with the others perfecting their technique and doing all the spice girls dance songs.. HAHA.

and then this was at the airport with hs b4 she flew off, before she started tearing.. :p her luggage bag was owning! it was freaking 50kgs. amazing. tt's not including her 15kg hand carry.. and she was still complaining she hadn't brought enough... lol. but well, in the end, she did have to take out abt 10kg of stuff.. but it was just WOW.

here is the photo from cm's send off.. :) it was a comparatively unemotional affair..haha. and much less tiring too cuz it wasn't at an unearthly hour unlike hs's one.. :/

and this was nick's send off and it was the worst time of all. lol, it was freaking at 4am. haha, meaning i slept abt 3h tt night.. :p but well, it was nick.. so of course must wake up rite? yup.. everyone looking super slpy over there.. his family turnout plus some army friends as well.. not bad at all.. :) and nope, he didn't cry.. haha.

anws, movies, movies.. haha. now adays, all i seem to do is catch movies and go to bday parties. hmmm, what a boring life. Ratatouille was good though... thoroughly enjoyed it.. :) caught it on friday after we happily decided to end our day early at the hospital, much to the trauma of kenrick and evange as they later found out tt tutor was calling for them.. but all turned out fine i think.. :)

about Ratatouille, it was v good. probably one of the best movies i managed to catch this year.. :) the animation was v realistic and filled with saturated colors, so pleasant to look at. furthermore the story was fast paced and as with any pixar film, u really feel for the character and the ending is lovely.. :) go catch it if u can! :) am too lazy to write more now.. am talking to nick and yuanhong and skype.. so byebye!! :D
